The GM001 Blackjack Global Flashlight Mount for Helmets is the result of years of research, real world testing, and input directly from firefighters from all over the world. They are designed primarily for full-cover, non-brim “European” style helmets from manufacturers such as Gallet, Pacific, and Rosenbauer. The GM001 is designed to allow the user to remove the helmet light, use in hand, and then return to the helmet without tools, or remove the helmet in a dangerous environment. The light loop and each base share a patented design that allows for micro adjustment but ensures that the light will always realign in the same direction after each removal. The GM001 flashlight mount for helmets is made from a proprietary blend of thermoplastic that we developed specifically for it. It has been tested and passed at temperatures above 500 degrees.
There are 5 different models within the Global Mount family, each one designed to fit a specific shape, or style of light/torch/camera. Each kit includes 9 pieces: light loop, adjustment gear, Pacific, Gallet, Universal, 90, and 180 degree, tactical rail helmet mounts, and an Allen Key. The Global Helmet Light Mount is designed to release at approximately 12 foot pounds of force, so it will not cause a snag hazard, but will always stay where you need it.
The GM001 BlackJack fire helmet flashlight holder is designed to fit the Pelican, Peli “Stealthlight”series lights, as well Parat, and UK 3/4 AA lights and similar square bodied lights from other manufacturers.
This flashlight mount for helmets has an inner diameter of approximately 1.7″x1″.
FIRE CAM LIMITED WARRANTY
Fire Cam warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from date of purchase. Fire Cam manufactures Fire Helmet Cameras® and Oncall® Body Worn Cameras. As the SOLE and EXCLUSIVE REMEDY and at its option, Fire Cam will repair or replace the item at no charge if we determine the item to be defective. This warranty shall not apply to any item subject to misuse, failure by purchaser to follow instructions, product modification, ordinary wear and tear, or negligent or improper operation. This product should not be used in concrete training towers or flashover chambers where they could sustain high temps for long periods of time. Electronic damage due to over-voltage, incorrect polarity from product power supplies, or incorrect MAINS voltage are excluded from coverage. DO NOT USE ANY AFTERMARKET CHARGERS FOR YOUR CAMERAS. Fire Cam chargers are designed specifically for Fire Cams only. Modification, repair, or attempted repair by anyone other than Fire Cam or without the written permission of Fire Cam will void this warranty. This warranty covers the cost of factory repair, labor and parts on eligible equipment. After inspection, if it is determined that the Fire Cam does not require repair or replacement, the purchaser shall be responsible for return shipping charges.
THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, GIVEN BY FIRE CAM WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS SOLD PURCHASER. The end user is solely responsible for complying with all laws that may govern your use of this product.
