Troubleshooting for ALL Helmet Cameras:

1)     No power on startup

  • Complete a full charge on the battery.
  • Verify that the battery is making contact.  
  • Verify if you are missing battery clips or are the clips damaged.

2)      Camera has solid or flashing light after start up/ will not record

  • SD Card needs to be formatted

3)      Camera shuts down after start up

  • SD Card needs to be formatted
  • Complete a full charge on the battery.
  • Verify that the battery is making contact.  
  • Verify if you are missing battery clips or are the clips damaged.

 4)      Battery not charging

  • Check USB connection via charger
  • Check USB connection via PC
  • Complete a full charge on the battery.
  • Verify that the battery is making contact.  
  • Verify if you are missing battery clips or are the clips damaged.

5)      Computer does not recognize camera

  • Remove SD card from camera and insert directly into Computer
  • Try an alternative Computer
